It is a way of life. An ancient art of righteous living or an integrated system for the cohesive balance of body, mind and inner spirit. The Sanskrit word yoga has many meanings and is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘yuj’, meaning ‘to unite’, ‘to control’. It is a synergistic synthesis of the physical exercise (asanas), alongwith the union of the mind & breath, as well as connecting to one’s inner spirituality.
Hatha Yoga is the art of practicing and perfecting the asanas, the holding of poses/postures while learning to control breathing for overall mind-body-spirit wellbeing.
PRANA means ‘life force’ and AYAMA means ‘develop’.Pranayama is used to develop, increase and control one’s vital force. In Pranayama we use techniques such as Ujjayee, Shitolli, Viloma, Kapaalbhati, Anuloma, Suryabhedna, Bhastrika etc. These processes train to control the vital force of life.
It is a mental discipline by which one attempts to get beyond the reflexive - thinking mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation often involves turning attention to a single point of reference/concentration. Different meditative disciplines encompass a wide range of spiritual and psychophysical practices which may emphasize different goals - from achievement of higher state of consciousness to peace of mind and control over ones emotions to greater focus and creativity.

The Private Session is charged at INR 1000/- per person, for a scheduled duration of 50 minutes. Please book in advance.
